從原料甄選、生產(chǎn)制程、成品檢測到出廠驗收，CBFI 冰泉制冷以 20 余年行業(yè)經(jīng)驗積淀構建了一套覆蓋全流程、全維度、全標準的質量管控體系。我們遵循歐盟 CE/MD/PED 等國際標準，采用大型光纖激光切割機（定位精度 0.05mm）、數(shù)控折彎機（折彎精度 0.5°）、CNC 加工中心等自動化設備，實現(xiàn)部件微米級精度加工；關鍵工序推行氬弧自動直縫焊、坡口焊接、熱處理消除內應力等精密工藝，確保焊縫飽滿牢固、長期使用不變形。
From raw material selection, production process, finished product inspection to delivery acceptance, with over 20 years of industry experience, Icesource(CBFI) has built a quality control system covering the whole process, all dimensions and all standards.We comply with EU standards such as CE/MD/PED, and adopt automated equipment including large-scale fiber laser cutting machines (positioning accuracy 0.05mm), CNC bending machines (bending accuracy 0.5°) and CNC machining centers to achieve micron-level precision processing of components. For key processes, we implement precision technologies such as automatic argon arc straight seam welding, groove welding and stress relief by heat treatment, ensuring full and firm welds and no deformation during long-term use.

Meanwhile, we have established a three-level full-inspection system: core components → complete machine assembly → simulated working conditions, combined with laser flaw detection and non-destructive testing technology, to comprehensively inspect surface and internal defects of materials. Every process is traceable, and every detail is refined. The pass rate of key processes reaches 100%, and the annual failure rate of complete machines is less than 0.5%.

Ice-Cutting Blade of Tube Ice Machine, Thick and Durable
核心部件堅守食品級安全底線：所有與食品接觸的部件均采用 304 不銹鋼。方冰冰模采用 42% 含銀量合金焊料一次焊接成型，并通過 70% 濃硝酸耐腐蝕測試，設備食品接觸部件符合 SC 食品生產(chǎn)相關安全要求及 GB 4806 食品接觸材料標準；關鍵結構強化耐用設計，從管冰機切冰機構冰刀的一板成型，到直冷冰磚機實心鋁隔板與高強度支撐柱，每一處用料都扎實可靠。
Core components adhere strictly to food-grade safety standards: all parts in contact with food are made of 304 stainless steel. The cube ice molds are formed in a single piece using alloy solder with 42% silver content and have passed corrosion resistance testing with 70% concentrated nitric acid. Food-contact parts of the equipment comply with SC food production safety requirements and the GB 4806 standard for food-contact materials. Key structures feature enhanced durability designs, from the one-piece formed ice-cutting blades of tube ice machines to the solid aluminum partitions and high-strength support columns of direct-cooling block ice machines, ensuring solid and reliable materials throughout.

Cube Ice Molds – Excellent Corrosion & Acid Resistance
同時針對性升級防腐性能：耙式儲冰系統(tǒng)采用 600℃熱浸鋅工藝，實現(xiàn)鋅液分子級滲透防護；片冰機蒸發(fā)器經(jīng)過電鍍拋光處理，脫冰順暢不殘留，全方位延長設備使用壽命。此外，切冰機構、蒸發(fā)器、氣液分離器等核心部件均為自主專利設計，匹配度更高，從源頭筑牢品質防線。
We also targeted upgrade corrosion resistance: the rake ice storage system adopts 600℃ hot-dip galvanizing process for molecular-level penetration protection; the evaporator of the flake ice machine is electroplated and polished for smooth ice release without residue, extending the service life of the equipment in an all-round way. In addition, core components such as the ice-cutting mechanism, evaporator and gas-liquid separator are independently patented designs with higher matching, building a solid quality defense from the source.
